After the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles announced the release of a second edition of “Preach My Gospel” in June during the Seminar for New Mission Leaders, many of the leaders shared their thought on the new edition. Both missionaries and other saints have expressed great joy over this announcement.

In this short video, we hear from three members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles — President M. Russell Ballard, Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, and Elder Quentin L. Cook. They all testify that this new manual comes from heaven.

Elder Cook shares two reasons for my the new edition was needed. First and foremost, the need for having the Savior at the center of everything. Secondly, we now live in a mostly digital world which changes how we share the gospel.

“Preach My Gospel may well be that this is the best organized manual we have in the Church on how to study the gospel, how to feel the gospel and embrace it personally, and then to share it with others,” Elder Holland added.

This is a manual that can and should be used in every home.
