President Nelson confirms speculation regarding his health

In a recent statement, President Russell M. Nelson, the esteemed leader of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, candidly addressed rumors surrounding his health. Confirming the speculations, President Nelson acknowledged that he has occasionally faced challenges with balance, leading to the use of a walker or wheelchair on certain occasions. However, he approached the topic with his characteristic resilience and optimism.

Dispelling any doubts, President Nelson shared, “You may have heard a rumor that someone saw me somewhere using a walker or a wheelchair. Well, it’s not a rumor.” Recognizing the natural course of life as he approaches the centenary mark, he expressed understanding regarding the emergence of such minor issues. Yet, he expressed gratitude for the strength of his heart, the vigor of his spirit, the resilience of his legs, and the sharpness of his mind.
